A.J. Titus cultivated his deep connection and passion for entrepreneurship from a foundation built by franchise legends that include his father, Ray Titus, Chairman and CEO of United Franchise Group (UFG), a globally recognized leader in franchising; his grandfathers, Roy Titus, founder of Minuteman Press, and JJ Prendamano, general manager and founder of UFG’s Mentor Program.
A Leader in Franchising
With exceptional insight and understanding of the franchising community, A.J. serves as Executive Director of United Franchise Group, where he oversees operations of all the UFG-affiliated brands.
He is also president of Signarama, the world’s leading sign and graphics franchise, where he’s focused on driving the company’s worldwide franchise growth while also helping current franchise owners propel their businesses and maximize profitability.
In 2026, Signarama celebrates 40 years at the forefront of the sign industry.
Beyond the Boardroom
A.J. earned his MBA from the University of Miami and received his International Business degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He’s also a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) and on the board of the Rinker School of Business and the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach.
Fueled by his determination for growth and ardent pursuit to drive positive change in the business world, A.J. became a published author with the release of his book, “The List: Lessons from a Father,” in which he shares his principles for life and business.
Today, he continues to further his mission of constantly learning, striving for value, and always improving while remaining committed to helping business owners prosper. A.J. resides in West Palm Beach, Florida, with his wife, Laura, and their two daughters.
